A friend of mine suggested me to use Adobe Illustrator to work with the color schemes of my project.
Below there are simple cell shapes I created in Adobe Illustrator, I assigned them gradient colors and each image contains different scheme colors.
I used the first image with the green colors - tones as i couldn't achieve the transparecy of the colors that the 6th and the 7th image contains in Maya. Also I used the first's image color scheme in the concept of my animation.
